IG Realty Investments Inc. (IGRI) is an integrated real estate investment, development, and asset management company operating in North America. Privately held, headquartered in Toronto, IGRI invests in land and development projects, properties, property companies, funds and other property related vehicles. IGRI also owns IG Real Estate Advisors, a full service developer and asset manager whose business is to acquire, develop, construct, improve, lease, and manage real estate properties and portfolios, on behalf of its shareholders, high net worth individuals and institutional partners.
With more than $800M in assets under management, the company is actively developing land, light industrial facilities, office buildings, and multi-family residential projects, coast to coast, from Moncton, New Brunswick to Vancouver, British Columbia. IG Real Estate Advisors acquires core and value add investments for a select number of institutional clients, and sponsors focused property fund offerings. The company structure, coupled with broad geography and product type flexibility provide the management team with the latitude to seek high yielding transactions from a broader set of potential projects than would typically be available to a REIT, or property fund. Guided by an investment committee comprised of seasoned international investment executives, management is committed to adjusting portfolio holdings to harvest gains and take advantage of changing market opportunities. Established in 2004, by the Ingenium Group of Companies, in 2007 management was internalized and IG Real Estate Advisors was formed.
